- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I like consistency and I like good customer service I love Jim and Erica! Was there today and it reminded me why I bank with them! They know good old fashioned service with a smile! They are always friendly and always helpful!! I do agree with the other comment here about the ATM machine inside or whatever that is. I'm not old but I am old fashioned when it comes to that - if I wanted to go to ATM I'd drive up to it when I get out and come in that means I want a human to help me and I want comfort in banking by dealing with them not some machine! Please do away with that rediculous theory and definitely don't force your employees to push it on the customers! Value your employees like I do!!By Lisa Devenport, July 22, 2017
